Post minimum characters

If you havent realized, but we dont know how to make a post min. for characters. So, this is for EVERYONE, if you see a post that looks rather short, less then 50 characters, give taht person negative reputaion. Now, dont sit there and count the number of charactes. if it looks rather short, then do it.

This should be locked shouldn't it? ~Locks~ On further notice to the limit, if someone locks a thread don't vote negative, for they do not have much to say when locking a thread.
