Destruction

If Death mountain is an active volcano, wouldnt kakriko Village in Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess be burned down or destroyed? Even if they keep rebuilding it, it would just burn back down.

Well that's a good question. It may lead to why the shiekahs have dissapeared. hm...

But the Mountain never did explode. Correct?

If I'm right, in Twilight Princess, it did erupt when you came near, and a giant rock came trembling down from the sky

It also did in Ocarina of Time. When you were a child going up to Death Mountain, it would always be on and off. And Later in the game, when you are getting ready for the Shadow Temple, you see Kakariko Village on fire. I would asume its from Death mountain...I dont remember if it is or not.
