ALTTP Bird?

In A Link to the Past, you know the magical bird that you release in Kakariko Village when you get the Flute. Well I found out you can only use the flute in the Light World and the Bird will come to you. So, how come in ganons Tower when you beat Aghamin, Link plays his flute and the Bird comes. Isnt that kinda "breaking" the rules?

it wuz callapsing... possably if he ddnt call the bird (i named the bird: the :arbiter: of flight *taof*) the tower wuld have clapsed on link and *game over* (unless u had a :fairy: in a bottle)
